We can also establish a concept for the product, the terms and the needs of a real series, providing for checks and balances, either in line or final.

ENGINEERING OF OPTICAL AND OPTO-MECHANICAL SYSTEMS

Thanks to the experience we have gained in the field of supplies for the optical industry, we can support customers in the study phase, in the design and subsequent engineering of optical and opto-mechanical systems, starting only from an idea or a specific requirement up to prototyping and serialization. Thanks to our experience, we can optimize the times and already foresee in the study phase the possible economic and constructive critiques for the series.

PRODUCTION LINE REALIZATION

We can create production lines for every need, within clean environments dedicated to assembly, equipped with extractor hoods and class 100 blowers and equipment necessary for grinding opto-mechanical systems.

Our staff is made up of experienced and qualified fitters, who can be assigned to the construction and verification of optical systems of all kinds. All our operators have taken courses dedicated to learning the standards necessary to operate in cleanrooms, with a thorough preparation by long periods of work in external laboratories, of which Gestione SILO has used, for the integration of complex systems with functional tests and controlled environment cleaning requirements.
