Freeform LENSES

With the use of advanced numerical control machinery, we make flat-convex, biconvex, biconcave or meniscus lenses with non-circular edges. Simple or complex geometrical shapes with chamfers and fillets can be made with the precision which is required by the optical industry.

> Spokes: from 2 mm to infinity

> Diameters: from 4 mm to 250 mm (in addition to circular edges)

> Surface accuracy: up to λ / 20 in relation to material and size

> Surface quality: SD up to 10/5 or 5 / 2 x 0,063

> Centring: up to 10"

> Optical surface: spherical or cylindrical
